the rooms have seen better days, and the air conditioning was absolutely awful. i had hoped for a complimentary upgrade, considering my expectations, but alas, nothing was offered. also, don't get me started on the dirty beach and the chipped crockery—what a lovely touch to my stay. i just couldn’t leave a good review.

my stay exceeded expectations on our honeymoon. the ocean view from our standard double room was breathtaking, and the beach breeze added to the lovely atmosphere. the staff was attentive, making our dining experience especially enjoyable with fresh seafood options.

We had a fabulous time right on the beach, enjoying stunning views of the Indian Ocean. The kids loved the ping pong, and with 5 teenagers and 2 children, the fun activities like snorkelling kept everyone entertained. The staff were super friendly and made dining a joy, especially the fish and pizza.

My kids wished for more vegetarian options on the menu.

Had a nice 4-night stay with a lovely sea view from our room. Staff were super helpful and the packed lunches were a plus when we headed to the beach. The only thing that could've been better was the pool area, which seemed a bit neglected. a chill spot to unwind!

Just a great match for a weekend adventure in Watamu with reasonable value. The food was excellent, especially the seafood dishes. Bring some snacks for the beach since it can get a bit quiet around here.

We had an amazing time soaking in the sunset views from our ocean view room and enjoying the fantastic fresh sushi and poke bowls throughout our stay. The beachfront access was perfect for relaxing, and we loved lounging by one of the two pools. One little hiccup was the limited number of outlets in the room for charging our devices, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 🌅

Be careful with your cash. One couple we met reported missing money, which put a damper on their trip.
